How long will it take to get my product? Orders are submitted from the website once per week to then go into production. They will ship out with 2-3 business days if kept in inventory, and 20 business days if decorated on demand.

How do I track my order? We will be bulk shipping to each of the locations once a week. It will then be dispersed to you from there.

What do I do if something went wrong with my order? So sorry about this! Please get in touch with Alexia at [email protected] and she will make it right – your satisfaction is important to us.

What is the return policy? If the wrong size was ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received an incorrect order, or a damaged parcel, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you to make things right.
